Our second barrel-aged release has been happily sitting in a second-use Bourbon barrel since February 2023, picking up some lovely oak and vanilla flavors. This beer is rich and dark, with a slight coconut finish that complements the barrel aging profile. A very small batch, with only 48 bottles being released into the wild!
