A distinct, but restained West Coast twist on a crisp, German Pilsner. Brewed with floor-malted bohemian Pilsner malt, whole leaf Warrior, Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic, dry hopped with Simcoe and Citra Lupocore. Fermented at 9°C on a classic German Lager yeast and lagered for 30+ days!
Clean and crisp bready malt base, with citrus, tropical and slightly dank hops, balanced with a robust bitterness.
